Allen County Extension Office, Scottsville, KY
GRW provided architectural design services for the repurposing of a historic 6,600 SF tractor dealership into the UK / Allen County Cooperative Extension Office. The program of work included façade restoration, new interior layout, new elevator, catering kitchen, demonstration kitchen, offices, large meeting room, conference room, restrooms and supporting facilities. The design utilized existing structural divisions as dividing lines for program areas to minimize structural modifications.
