The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the Following:

1. Repair and Replacement of flood damaged facilities, including Lower Level Gymnasium Repairs, Press Box, Dugout, and Restroom Building.

    a. The Lower Level Gymnasium Repairs include the replacement of finishes, doors and windows and installation of wet flood-proofing at the lower level.

    b. Press Box repairs include improving the stair system, replacing finishes at the second level, providing a new roof, and associated work.

    c. Dugout replacement includes removing and replacing a dugout with a new dougout to match the existing one to remain.

    d. Restroom improvements include the gut and replacement of existing toilet facilities and storage room, to provide new Men's and Women's restrooms. An alternate for sanitizing the existing floors and walls, and replacing specific damaged features is provided.

2. The project includes other incidental construction as needed and described in the construction documents.

Type of Contract:

1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
