Purpose and Scope: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Department of Administration, General Services Division to establish a contract for removal and replacement of existing entry plazas on the east and west sides of the Main Capitol, and removal and replacement of granite steps on the west entrance of the East Wing of the Capitol, and incidental construction as needed and described in the construction documents.
