Chapman Technical Group's parent company, GRW, regularly provides design support on design/build projects. For some projects, this involves assisting an owner with development of RFP documents and providing follow-up administration and monitoring of the D/B contractor’s work. On other projects, we lead the design effort by teaming with select D/B contractors. Having served in both capacities, we thoroughly understand all aspects of the design/build process. Over the past ten years, we have provided design services on over $900 million in design-build construction projects.
