Ft. Knox Warriors in Transition Headquarters Building

GRW  provided architectural design, and site/civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services (including BIM model) for design-build of new Warriors in Transition Headquarters Building. The building is being designed to meet LEED Silver design criteria. The approximately 7,000 SF building includes a reception area, space for private offices (including nurses stations and offices for social workers/case management), shared work station space, conference room, restrooms/showers, and kitchenette. The site includes parking for 30 additional spaces. GRW's complete BIM implementation services included completion of a BIM Project Execution Plan meeting the standards of the National Institute of Building Design.
