The Coal Heritage Discovery Center will occupy the historic Patteson Building in downtown Mt. Hope. The Coal Heritage Discovery Center will consist of offices, meeting rooms, an historic information center, a small theater space, a public lobby area, a small gift shop, and a small café area. There will also be a small outdoor patio which can be used as exterior café seating.
