Chapman Technical Group Garners WV-AIA Award
Chapman Technical Group renovated the West Virginia Division of Highways, District One State Road Commission Building, a 40,000 square-foot structure in Charleston's Warehouse District. The building now provides a secure, modern, office environment while maintaining the building's historical context.
