GRW provided design services for the design-build delivery of the $196 million women's medium-security Federal Correctional Institution (shown above) and minimum-security Federal Prison Camp located near Aliceville, Alabama. This complex is the Federal Bureau of Prisons' first LEED Silver facility. In addition to being ranked among the top engineering/architecture firms in Building Design + Construction(BD+C)’s Giants 300 Report, GRW was also listed in BD+C’s recently released Top Green Building Engineering Firms. The annual report, published by Building Design + Construction, ranks the leading firms in the AEC industry.
